What is the difference in laxatives and detoxification and colon cleansing? Does it help with weight loss?

I want a little jump start to shedding pounds and starting a healthier life style. I did a little reasearch on the above but i dont know what brands are cheap quick and effective.. I dont want to be on the toilet for a week or anything like that.. My goal is to lose weight, clean out my body and start fresh with healthier foods and exercise. Any ideas? What is the difference in laxatives and detoxification and colon cleansing? Does it help with weight loss?
please don't be fooled by colon cleaning products or laxatives. Your body does this naturally, no matter what it is that you eat. Most doctors believe that colon cleansing might actually be bad for you.

Please read this.... it will help alot. What is the difference in laxatives and detoxification and colon cleansing? Does it help with weight loss?
To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit

drink fresh juice

get detoxification

no junk food

no milk

no yogurt

no soda

drink natural water

sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)

eat more salad

good sleep

the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as

much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult,

sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh

vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled

chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

I read this menu from this blog in HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ARCHIVES. In this blog have an

loss your weight. And have VIDEO ARCHIVES, its very help.
If being on the toilet is truly the standard by which you judge these choices, i recommend the detox option

DETOXIFICATION is more about eating nothing unnecessary and either sticking to healthier diet or just liquids or switching between the two. There are some other ways too and it's up to you to pick one you like.

The thing is that eating better means more fiber in your diet and taking in enough fluids which will have you on the toilet a little more often but ITS HEALTHY, it's temporary and it's nothing like the other two things you're talking about.
Laxatives are medication used to cleanse your digestive track. Colon cleansing has the same idea but its kinda stupid because your just flushing away good bacteria which is there for a purpose (some make vitamin K for example). Its a glorfied waste of money. And Laxatives are the stuff of bulemics and aneroxics. Same deal, as a nutrition student I would highly suggest avoiding these options. Detoxification on the other hand is a different thing. Its cleansing the liver and cleaning up toxins from the blood stream. you dont have to pay for expensive tablets, you can get a really good massage which lifts the toxins from the muscles and then flush with water, or just eat pears for 24hrs.
Laxatives do not allow you to gain weight, all you do is lose ';water weight'; hence why the stools are loose. Colon cleansing is cleansing your colons and intestines of toxins that have built up over the years. Neither of them will help you lose weight, if you are that worried about losing weight, buy a treadmill, or a gym membership.
I do not know exactly what the differance is but colon cleansers are very bad...they not only take away all the bad toxins..they take away the good toxins too slowing down your metabolism and decreasing your immune system!
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LAXATIVES! my god ! so painful especially wen dieting.... they made me pass out on my bathroom floor because they drain so much of my fluids!
