What is a good, safe colon cleanse, detoxification product?

There are lots of good ones on the market. Why don't you go to your local health food store and ask there and they will show you some of their colon cleanse products and give you all the info your need.





I'd also recommend you try just eating fresh fruit in the mornings for a while. Fruit really helps flush out toxins. You can eat it whole, juice it, whatever you like but it has to be raw and fresh. Don't eat more than one banana a day but otherwise eat as much as you like.





I have also had great success with flax seed. Just soak a couple of tablespoons in a glass with warm water overnight and take them first thing in the morning. Bowel movement almost guaranteed...
