i just read it on ehow does it really cleanse your skin?
if not is drinking lots of water not eating much sugar helful for your skin?Does powdered milk cleanse your skin?
I hearde lots of water is good for your skin and if u eat lots of sugars you break out. I do not no about the powered milk tho. I gess you could try it but it taste horrible!
