What kind of toners and cleansing milk are suitable for oily and acne prone skin? plz suggest..?

Years ago, I used Pro Active and that stuff really works great. It completely got rid of my acne. That is one infomercial that tells the truth! What kind of toners and cleansing milk are suitable for oily and acne prone skin? plz suggest..?
Toner: organic apple cider vinegar, cold pressed, diluted with water. Use as you would a regular toner.

Cleanser: forget about cleansing milks. Find some pure soap made with only vegetable oils, preferably hand made so there are no irritants like fragrances, etc that will aggravate your acne. These are quite common now but you're not gonna find the good ones in the supermarkets. Check online for some good brands. You can buy some of them for 3 dollars a bar or so. They last fairly long and make your skin feel very nice as well. Avoid cinnamon, clove, nutmeg type soaps for acne. Go with pure, unscented, uncolored.

Acne treatment: mix about 100ml of pure, unrefined jojoba oil with about 30 drops of pure, undiluted lavender essential oil (not fragrance oil). Smooth over your face after washing and toning. Jojoba oil does NOT make your face oily. It helps regulate sebum, cutting back on the acne and leaving your skin soft. Most of it absorbs into the skin. If there's any left on top of your skin, just tissue it off lightly. The lavender gets rid of infections in your pores.

You can also dab on pure, undiluted lavender essential oil straight onto pimples right after washing your face and before applying the jojoba oil to reduce inflammation, infection and scarring. What kind of toners and cleansing milk are suitable for oily and acne prone skin? plz suggest..?
Clean %26amp; Clear Cleansing Lotion for Sensitive skin. Really removes the day to day dirt build up.
Proactive, clean and clear, goat milk (it's a bar of soap for people with acne) I hope this helps.
