the products you are using probably are not for your skin type. Is your skin dry, normal or oily usually? Whatever type your skin is go to your nearest store like boots or superdrug and ask them for cleansers and moisturisors that will suit your skin type. The job of a toner is to actually strip the face of oil (%26amp; tighten pores) which then gets replenished by the moisturizer. So I doubt it is the toner which is making your skin greasy, it is most likely your moisturizer.





So perhaps look into what skin care you're using %26amp; the skin type it is for. You may be using a product that is designed for dry/sensitive skin, which will of course, have extra oils in the product to rehydrate skin.





You probably have a normal/oily skin so you need skin care products that are designed to target these problems.
