Yes! if its gentle enough for a babies butt, its gentle for our face :D i use baby wipes and normal face wipes its way better then the normal makeup removers. Yes after you wipe your face with the wipe cleanse your face :)
Yes there is nothing wrong with it but there are sensitive make up removal wipes that you can get at any drugstore for a cheap price.
