after, you dont want to puch dirt and grime inDoes one exfoliate before or after cleansing their skin?
Best way for a thorough clean is:


1. Take off make-up with a make-up remover


2. Cleanse with a cleanser that is oil-free.


3. Exfoliate


4. Use a toner (every other day)


5. Use a combination moisturizer.





If you are going to put make up on...do steps 2-3, then apply makeup.

I do it before, but most exfoliators have a cleanser built in so you may not need to unless you have really oily skin and want it extra cleansed.
I use a scrub while I shower cos the steam opens up your pores and it feels great.. you can actually feel it working. I also use a mask after I shower because once you get out your pores are a still open and it's your chance to plug all that out. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week for clear skin.
After I would think.
scrubs or exfoliates have cleansers in them so u dont need both.


but if u feel u want to, then exfoliate 1st then cleanse to remove any residues left behind. this will amke ur skin a bit dry so mosturise well after that
