Depends on why you are breaking out. I live in a very dry climate and still broke out. I found out that the reason for it was due to being too dry, and my face was over-compensating by producing too much oil --- which in turn broke my face out.


Once I started with a good moisturizer, (Nivea is great by the way) my face cleared right up.

If you have acneic skin you don't want a milky cleanser. You are going to want a foaming cleanser for most days and maybe twice a week an antibacterial one. After that you also want to use a toner and a moisturizer appropriate for your skin. I'm an esthetician, and I would say don't use that product, it may make things worse.
