Does anyone have a cleansing/exfoliating/etc routine that they swear by to keep their complexion good (ie, no spots/blackheads) or any products that are really good. If you could possibly write down your routine for great skin in steps :)Does anyone have a good skin cleansing routine?
this works brilliantly for me! i have combo skin, cleanse with clean and clear in the morning, then use rose water toner, in winter time i use a moisteriser other wise i dont need it.
Exfoliate once a wk apply a mask every two, steam face or apply a clean hot flannel once a wk. Apply the same routine in the evenings only using a cleansing milk instead due to wearing make up. Does anyone have a good skin cleansing routine?
First of all you may start with a good hygiene and proper products will make you skin clear and glowing
1.use a good cleanser for your skin type with lavender for dry skin or something with peppermint for oily skin ';Clean Slate'; I love it
2. use a good toner, look for something that does not contain alcohol this will make your skin dry '; Balancing Act'; is the best
3. a serum or something that will grow new cells and produce collagen ';Cell Enhancer'; can't live with out it
4. hydration is very important so use a good moisturizer with solar protection '; Anti-aging'; is so light is amazing
5. once a week exfoliate your skin something with small beads ';Microdermabrasion'; will bring the beauty out of your skin
Following this regimen you will remain looking youth-full
I feel so good that I would like to share my beauty secret with every woman that ask for it I personally like ';Abrione products'; from VB Cosmetics they are the best!!!! they may be pricey but they're not expensive for the results you'll get is well worth it
I found a coupon code for 20% off if use b-4 nov
I hope you enjoy them too!!!
1) Be as gentle as possible...is you scrub at your skin you will only make it dry and crispy.
2) Use clean clear facewash or T-zone facewash gel...they're both really good.
3) After washing your face...dab it dry with a towel and leave to dry properly for a few minutes.
4) Apply a thin layer of moisture rich face moisturiser and leave it to soak in.
REMEMBER:
- Try to touch your skin as little as possible... this will only cause build up of dirt and grime.
- Do not be tempted to use any harsh of so called ';miracle'; products... they will look like they work but in the long run your skin will become flaky and dry...trust me!
- Try not to use alot of make-up and if you do...remember to wash it all offa t the end of the day!
Goodluck

Well i wear alot or make-up so I have to clean my face all the time. What i usually do is when i get into the bath/shower i use a face scrub, leave on for about 5 minuites, then do the same with a face wash. (Face masks may also help). Then I clean my face with a face cleansing wipe. Really leaves you skin feeling soft :) ( Oh and i never get spots, lol ).
Be as gentle as possible tepid water facial cleansers should be bland and mild save the perfumed ones for the body. Eucerine and Cetaphil are good. Baking soda used once a week is a good exfoliant and a titanium dioxide and zinc oxide sunscreen,
Healthy eating and exersise is always a plus.
