Is cleansing, toning and moisturising in am and pm really good for your skin?

I started doing all of the 3 above a few wks ago and my face has come out in a few spots this wk. I very rarely get spots, do you think its down to cleansing, toning and moisturising?

How many of you do all these 3 morn and night? Is cleansing, toning and moisturising in am and pm really good for your skin?
I do all of that as well. Sometimes your skin has to get used to being so clean! I know it sounds weird, but my skin was all out of whack for the first week or so, then it gradually evened out. Now my skin is great. Is cleansing, toning and moisturising in am and pm really good for your skin?
simple answer is yes is is very good for your skin!!!!

the spots may be caused by your moisturizer.... it may be to oily for your skin type and how close you are to your period will also factor in on this as your skin is naturally more oily at that time so do make sure you moisturize just use a little less around that time!

and always make sure you tone ALL the cleanser off your skin before putting on your moisturizer!
Well to be honest I cleanse and moisturise only in am and pm and I don't have any spots and have a very smooth and clear skin. Also twice in a week I use a scrub.

I used to use them all the three but then I had some very few spots coming out so I've decided not to put alot of products on my skin.

I've decided to use good and proffesional products so that it helps to have a clear skin.:

However not everyone is the same..
I do it morning and evening. It's really good for your skin. All the impurities are removed and your skin is extra clean
I do them all every morning and every night - still get the odd spot even at 52! Got great skin though!!
Yes, I do all of them. It is okay your skin is just getting out all of the impurities so don't worry about it...
I def. helps. =] I do it too.
